What is the process of getting the Design Floor Plan tool?
Getting the tool is easy. Here are the typical steps:
- You tell us what you'd like to include for each plan: property name, address, phone,
floor plan name, type (2 Bedroom/1 Bath), square feet and contact email.
- We produce a single sample with the above information and one of your building's floor plans for content approval.
- Once we get your payment for the first 6 months and set-up fee we produce, publish and host the
rest of the floor plans right away.
- We give you Design Floor Plan text links or buttons to place in a high
visibility area on your website. Either your web person
or we can place the links or buttons. (it’s really simple).
Are there any options for showing Design Floor Plan other than a
branded window?
You can also present Design Floor Plan on your website in an iFrame
(Inline Frame) or a plugin like
Fancybox.
Why do you host the Design Floor Plans?
You have a significantly lower upfront cost and don't have to worry whether your site or hosting is compatible.
You also receive updated furniture and functionality to your Design Floor Plans without additional cost.
What additional services do you provide?
We can produce and integrate 3D floor plans into your Design Floor
Plan as well as integrate with other multifamily online products.

Yes, we have
integrated Design Floor Plan multifamily products/services

Is the furniture to scale on the floor plan?
We make our best efforts to size the furniture as close to scale as
we can on each individual floor plan. We put the following disclaimer below
each floor plan: “Floor plan square footage, dimensions and scaling are
approximate. Furniture icons are intended for rough layouts only, and do not
represent exact measurements”.
What if I need to discontinue using Design Floor Plan?
To get Design Floor Plan we bill you for the first six months and the set-up fee, both of
which are non-refundable.
If you decide to discontinue we will prorate your usage and refund you the
remaining amount of your paid term after the first six months.
What if we have to change a floor plan or support info?
If you have updated square footage, plan names or contact information just contact us and we will update the information for
free. If you would like to change your plan images, there will be a $15 charge per plan.
